I purchased tickets for 2020 event, do these allow entry to 2021?

Yes! Thank you for rolling over your tickets for our 2021 event. Your current tickets will be valid for the new dates on a day for day basis, so if you have a ticket for the Saturday, then it will be valid on the 17th of July and any tickets for the Sunday will be valid on the 18th of July.

What is the New Event Hop?

With Event Hop, every Family Fun Fest guest will get FREE access to CapCon from 2pm, essentially giving you 2 amazing events for 1 great price! CapCon guests will likewise get FREE access to Family Fun Fest from 2pm. The time limit was introduced to give all guests the best opportunity to enjoy the event that they originally purchased tickets for before being able to enjoy the benefits of both events. Please note dogs will not be allowed inside CapCon's buildings. You can find more information about CapCon here https://www.capconhq.com/

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plenty of parking will be provided on the day with a suggested donation of £1 to EACH We encourage car sharing or public transport wherever possible.

Is there a cash machine at the event?

No there isn't, please bring cash. The nearest cash machine is at Sainbury's - Felixstowe Rd, Ipswich IP3 8TQ

What can I bring into the event?

We have a fantastic range of food and drink available but please do feel free to bring a picnic. Well behaved dogs are allowed in Family Fun Fest, however unfortunately no dogs are allowed into our event hop, CapCon. 

What is a VIP ticket?

VIP ticket holders can access the event at 10am before general entry at 11am. This allowed for a quieter and less busy entry. If your VIP ticket does not specify a day, it can be used for either Saturday or Sunday. Please note: tickets can only be used for entry on one day. Your ticket will be scanned on entry and then can no longer be used.

What time does the event start? 

VIP entry = 10am (VIP Ticket holders only - you will be asked to come back at 11am if you do not have the correct ticket

General Entry = 11am

What time does the event finish?

Saturday 5pm, Sunday 4pm

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the gate and must be purchased beforehand online. Capacity limits will be strictly adhered to.

How much are Family Fun Fest tickets?
Prices start from £5 for all of our event areas (KidzFest, DogFest, RideFest & DinoFest). Family of 5 ticket is £25 plus booking fee.

Can I leave Family Fun Fest and come back?
Yes of course but make sure one of the team on the gates stamps your hand to enable you to re-enter.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This event is mostly outdoors. Please be mindful of the weather (bring wellies if it's raining or sun cream, hats and plenty of water if it is hot). Please note: Dogs will not be allowed inside the buildings.

Do you offer a disabled ticket?

No we do not but we do offer a FREE carers ticket. Please book via our eventbrite page.  

I've put an incorrect email and I can't access my ticket!

Don't worry, we all do it! Please try access your eventbrite account and the email address can be change in their options. If you have any further problems, email us with the correct email address and we will change it for you. This will also generate a ticket confirmation to be sent to you

Can I swap my tickets for a different day?

We are unable to swap tickets for you so the tickets will need to be refunded. Until Moday 12th July we will authorise the refund once the correct day has been repurchased. From Tuesday 13th July we will be onsite and tickets will no longer be able to be refunded.  Please note: Eventbrite will not refund your original booking fee. 

Do I need to print my tickets?

We accept either a printout or a screenshot on your smartphone

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non refundable. Family fun Fest will go ahead whatever the weather but please note extreme weather conditions may result in some activities being cancelled.

COVID 19 policy?

All the necessary steps will be taken to make Family Fun Fest as safe as possible above and beyond the government guidelines. We ask that you attend in a maximum group of 2 households or 6 individuals. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser available. Any indoor spaces, face coverings must be worn by everyone 11 years and over, unless exempt. On arrival please scan the NHS track and trace QR code. We will also be checking temperatures with a no touch thermometer. If you do have covid symptoms including a temperature 37.8C and above please do not attend the event. 

If FFF is postponed due to Covid 19 restriction we will endeavour to reschedule ASAP and roll all tickets over.
